I help organizations adopt better systems — and actually use them.

"I've spent my career helping people do their work better."
I started as a music educator — building orchestra programs from nothing at five elementary schools and two secondary schools across Utah. What I learned there about communication, training, and helping people through change has shaped everything I've done since.
After earning my Master's in Education Administration at BYU, I moved into the technology industry as a Salesforce professional. I can do the technical work — but what I'm genuinely great at is communication, training, relationship-building, and helping people and organizations go through change successfully.
I use AI as a real differentiator. At Fusion HCS I applied AI to accelerate an analysis across 2,583 Apex classes — surfacing issues that had gone undetected for years, in a fraction of the time it would have taken traditionally.
I'm now looking for a Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation role where I can combine that technical fluency with the people skills that have defined every stage of my career.
I build genuine trust with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
20+ years designing programs that make complex things clear.
Translating messy business problems into clean, working systems.
Using AI to do in hours what used to take weeks.
Translating technical findings into clear business action.
Helping people adopt new systems without friction or fear.
A track record of measurable results across healthcare, enterprise, consulting, and education.
These aren't projections. These are results I've delivered for real clients.
Technical fluency paired with the people skills to make it stick.
I'm actively looking for a Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation role where I can combine deep Salesforce expertise with the communication and training skills that have defined my career. If that sounds like a fit — let's talk.
I'm open to Utah County, Salt Lake metro, and remote opportunities.
